How does it work?

1. Place order using Click & Collect option

Estimates on product availability can be seen on the product page and checkout cart page. Some products might be out of stock or are made to order. These products will not be immediately available.

2. Wait for us to let you know your order is ready for collection

It's important to wait for us to confirm your order is ready for collection. This will typically take place within 60 mins, however from time to time products may not be immediately available or may need to be ordered. In these cases we will contact you to let you know when you can expect your order to be ready for collection.

3. Check opening hours then head to the pickup location specified on your confirmation email to collect

Bring a copy of your order/ tax invoice and proof of identity (Driver's license, Passport or Proof of Age card).

Please note:In most cases, you'll need to visit your local Fantastic warehouse to collect your item. This may or may not be located on the same site as your local store. Please check your order confimation email for the correct pickup address.
