Delivery
If you’ve purchased the perfect bed, mattress, sofa or armchair (or one of each!) and need a hand getting your new purchases home, we’re here to help.
For items purchased either in-store or via our website, our friendly team at Fantastic Furniture can organise your delivery at a time that is convenient to you. As part of our service, we are here to also help bring them off the truck and into your home. If you would prefer a ‘contactless delivery’ please let one of our team members know either at the time of purchase or upon delivery confirmation.
The wellbeing of our Fantastic Delivery Drivers is important to us, so we’d appreciate knowing if anyone in your household is isolating at the time of delivery. Please advise our drivers and they will deliver your package to your front door. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

No problem! For Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne & Perth Metro orders – please call 1300 004 919, for all other orders contact your local store.
For Small Parcel & Online Exclusive Product
Please note the above information does not apply to some of our ‘Small parcel’ delivery and all our 'Online Only' products. These products are shipped either directly from our warehouse or our partner supplier warehouses and will be delivered by courier which unfortunately cannot be scheduled. Tracking information will be provided via email or SMS after your order has been confirmed
