At Fantastic, we are committed to providing you with the largest range of furniture at the lowest prices guaranteed.

As we expand our range, we simply cannot showcase everything in our stores, so we've added them online!

Online Exclusive items are eligible for our 30-Day Change of Mind policy* and our Fantastic Quality Guarantee.
Our Online Exclusive range is not available in-store or for Click & Collect.

Love a popular piece that's currently out of stock? You can sign up for email alerts that will notify you as soon as it's available for order. Simply click the 'notify me' button and enter in your email address.

Delivery is via courier, parcel post, or similar. Some delivery restrictions may apply. If delivery is unavailable to your location, you'll be notified with an 'online delivery unavailable' message.

Once your order is placed, our supplier will ship directly from their warehouse straight to your front door. If your delivery is going to an office or apartment building, they will deliver the goods to the front of the building.

Our Online Exclusive range is not available in-store or for Click & Collect. Same great quality at the same great value you've come to expect from Fantastic!

1. To see if a product is part of our Online Exclusive range, look for the pink 'Online Exclusive' badge.

2. Place your order as usual.

3. Once your order is placed, it will be shipped to your front door as soon as it is ready. If your delivery is going to an office or apartment building, they will deliver the goods to the front of the building only. They are shipped via courier or parcel post, so look out for your tracking number in your inbox!

We aim to have your order shipped within 2 business days, which means it should be delivered within 3-15 business days, however delivery time can vary. Once shipped, you will be provided a delivery tracking link to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please note that you cannot choose a specific delivery day or time as orders are sent via courier.

Once your order has been shipped you'll receive an email with a delivery tracking link that will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please note that it can usually take up to 2 business days to ship your order.

If you are not home to receive your delivery, in most cases the item will be taken to a nearby Australia Post or other applicable courier collection location. In some cases, re-delivery may be possible. Please note items will only be held for approximately 3-5 days and then returned to the supplier if unclaimed.

You will receive multiple deliveries if you have ordered more than one product that includes an Online Exclusive item. This is because we ship and deliver different products to you from locations all around Australia.

Products that are packaged into multiple boxes may be split into separate deliveries. Multiple delivery fees will also apply.

Delivery is not available to all postcodes in Australia. To check if a product is available for delivery to your address, enter your postcode on the product page or at the checkout.

Your Online Exclusive items will be shipped to you via courier as soon as they are ready (usually within 2 business days).
Your Fantastic Furniture items will be shipped using our own fleet of drivers. For more information click here .

Delivery is charged on a per item basis as many of our products are bulky and heavy. Typically, we are unable to ship these together for health and safety reasons.

Click & Collect is only available for Fantastic Furniture products found in store at this time.

If you change your mind, we will happily refund the full purchase price of your item, via the same method used for the original payment. To qualify for a refund, your purchase must be returned within 30 days from the date the product is received, undamaged, unused and in their original condition. Please ensure you have proof of purchase (normally your receipt) and ID. Delivery fees will not be refunded. Please note we are not able to offer an exchange on all items.
