At Fantastic, we understand that sometimes the items you choose will be too big, too small or not quite right. Simply return your purchase to any Fantastic Furniture store within 30 days from the date the product is received and we’ll provide an exchange or refund. It’s that easy!
How do I return my purchase?
To return your purchase, reach out to your local store. You can take it back yourself, or call ahead to arrange pick-up from your home (pick-up and re-delivery fees apply). The item must be undamaged, unused and in their original condition. You’ll also need to bring along your proof of purchase (normally your receipt) and ID.

How do refunds work?
If you change your mind, we will happily refund the full purchase price of your item, via the same method used for the original payment. To qualify for a refund, your purchase must be returned within 30 days from the date the product is received, undamaged, unused and in their original condition. Please bring along your proof of purchase (normally your receipt) and ID. Delivery fees will not be refunded.
Can I exchange my item for something else?
Yes! If you’d prefer to exchange the item for something else, rather than receive a refund, visit your local store. To qualify for an exchange, your purchase must be returned within 30 days from the date the product is received, undamaged, unused and in their original condition. Please bring along your proof of purchase (normally your receipt) and ID. Keep in mind that any difference in price between your new item and the one you’re exchanging will need to be settled as appropriate. This means you’ll need to pay the difference (if your new item costs more than the one you’re exchanging) or we’ll refund the difference (if your new item costs less than the one you’re exchanging) via the same method used for the original payment.
Are there any exclusions to your return policy?
Yes. Unfortunately, We do not offer change of mind returns on mattresses, ex floor stock, items sold ‘As Is’ with defects that have been brought to the customer’s attention, ‘Made to Order’ products such as MyChoice custom sofas, armchairs and ottomans, pet products, or products purchased in commercial quantities. This includes deposits paid on any ‘Made to Order’ products. Please choose carefully when purchasing these items.
